Convenient Location with Great Onsen Experience
During my stay of three nights, I really appreciated how close the hotel was to Sapporo Station, just a few blocks away, making my travels around the city easy. The onsen experience was a highlight, where I enjoyed relaxing in the soothing hot water after long days of exploring. Plus, convenience stores nearby provided a great option for late-night snacks. However, the room felt a bit cramped, even for a larger room, which made it less comfortable than I had hoped.

Loved the spacious room with a view, the incredible breakfast with endless sashimi, but the shower was quite small. I'll definitely choose this place again!

The hot spring experience was fantastic, but the lack of room cleaning every day was disappointing.

Adequate onsen experience with a mild sulfur scent. Thoughtful umbrellas provided for rainy days.
Rooms are tiny, cluttered with too much furniture and little storage. Temperatures were hard to regulate due to sealed windows, making the rooms dark and stuffy. Breakfast options are limited, and the odd placement of a small sink near the toilet feels impractical. Pajamas provided smelled questionable and could use replacing. Slow elevators make moving between floors an annoying wait.

the room was so small, I felt claustrophobic, and I couldn't even find anywhere to put my wardrobe, just a measly hanging wall, absoluteley pathetic. also, waiting in line to check-in was absurd—no one should have to deal with machines that don’t work. how about a complimentary gesture for such discomfort? i just couldn’t give this a good review.

The hotel’s spacious Hollywood Twin room was perfect for our family, comfortably accommodating our three 30-inch suitcases. We enjoyed the pleasant hot spring experience with a mild sulfur scent, and the umbrellas provided on rainy days were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast featured delicious Hokkaido specialties, and the beds were remarkably comfortable.

great stay with room for improvement
The breakfast offered a fabulous selection, allowing us to customize delicious sashimi bowls each morning. The bed in our standard double room provided a comfortable night's rest, while the nice shower added to our relaxation. I enjoyed the helpful staff who recommended nearby restaurants, all of which were excellent. We also had a stunning city view from our room, enhancing our stay.
